Use this page to download files, and to copy FTP connection settings for uploading.

Put downloadable files in public_html/files/.

If your host supports directory listing, you can also try /files/. If it doesn’t, keep the list above updated.

This page is a portal. Actual FTP runs on your host’s FTP server.
For public downloads, upload files into /files/ and link them above.
If you want password-protected downloads, that requires server features (e.g., .htaccess) or backend code.
